Center for Innovation on Education
The Center for Innovation on Education (CIedu) was born inside the Universidad Tecnológica de Chile INACAP as a logical result of the level reached by the institutional project for higher education: education facing the development of the country, with inclusiveness as riverbed for equality of opportunities and with a pedagogic strategy emphatically in inductive and practical methodologies.
CIedu is a center of excellence in applied research that seeks to generate and to apply knowledge that allows improving education done by teachers and the learning of the students.
The center collects, supports and promotes faculty staff research, generating and delivering guiding tolls for developing and publishing the results of their projects.
The research done at the center is multidisciplinary and specialized, encouraging the arrangement of national and international partnerships, contacts with the private and public sector, associations between campuses and with other universities or higher education institutions (national and international), as well as encourage contribution of students on topics that generate knowledge.
